Dato’ Abdul Hadi was born on 2 April 1948 in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia. A graduate of The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst UK, The Royal Artillery School UK and The Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College.
He holds a Masters Degree in Strategic and Security Studies from The Malaysian National University. He began his career as military officer in the Royal Artillery Regiment in 1970. He served the Malaysian Army holding various field commands and as staff officer at Ministry of Defence. Among his appointments were Commanding Officer 5 Royal Artillery Regiment, Commandant of Artillery School, Head of Artillery Project Team, Director of Strategic Planning Ministry of Defence and Senior Military Assistance to the Minister of Defence. He was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General in 1999 commanding 3rd Artillery Division and appointed Chairman of Royal Artillery Regiment. He attended various military and non-military courses locally and abroad in United Kingdom, USA and Australia.
Brig Gen Dato’ Abdul Hadi retires from the Malaysian Army in April 2004 after serving the Army for almost 37 years. He has been appointed as Director to Advance Defence Systems Sdn Bhd, Satria Ajaib Sdn Bhd, Berjaya City Sdn Bhd (non-exec) and Petravest Sdn Bhd (non-exec) since his retirement from the Army. Brig Gen Dato’ Abdul Hadi (R) was conferred with ‘Datukship’ by HRH The Sultan of Kelantan (DPKK) and HRH The Sultan of Terengganu (DPMT).
He is married to Datin Pauziah bt Mohd Nor and they are blessed with 7 children, 5 boys and 2 girls.

He was appointed to the Board on 3rd April 2004. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales) in 1974, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (B.Sc. Econs) from the London School of Economics. Born on 21st March, 1947 he has his early education in the Primary and Secondary School of Pontian, Johor from where he continued his secondary education in the Royal Military College, Sungai Besi, Selangor (1963 – 1967).
Upon his return from the United Kingdom in 1974, he was employed by Messrs. Hanafiah Raslan and Mohammad (now part of Messrs. Ernst & Young) a firm of Public Accountants. Two years later, he joined Bank Bumiputera (now known as Bumiputera Commerce Bank) where he served for ten years covering the internal audit, credit processing and administration, leasing and corporate banking functions.
In 1987 he was made a partner in Messrs Arthur Young (now known as Ernst & Young) with the main responsibility for managing the information technology consultancy business of the firm. However, in 1990 he was invited to rejoin Bank Bumiputera as the Chief General Manager, a management position with responsibilities for Information Technology, Human Resources, Financial Controls and Credit Controls. After serving for eight years, he decided for and early retirement in 1998 to venture into private business.
In his private business, he has ventured into information and communication technology (ICT), real estate and financial consultancy with varying degree of success. With his vast working knowledge and experience, En Arsam has proven to be an asset to any organization he is associated with.

Had his secondary education from Royal Military College Sungai Besi. He is a graduate from the US Military Academy, West Point. He had served with the Malaysian Army REME Corps for 21 years. Among his appointment in the service were the Workhshop first Officer in Charge of the MLRS Regiment, Desk officer for Army Electronics Maintenance, Commandant of the Army Engineering Institute, Desk Officer for East Malaysia region maintenance and Commanding Officer for a Regional Workshop.
He had also served in two UN mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Lebanon. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and MSc in Defence Technology from Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham. He is the Director of Business Development of ADSSB.
Umi Kaltum Mansor
A Malaysian aged 46, was appointed as the Senior Manager, Finance of the Company on 1st September 2015. She graduated from University Teknologi MARA and holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy.
Umi Kaltum Mansor has more than 20 years of experience with large companies where she held various senior management positions in the corporate sector specializing in corporate planning and finance. Prior to working with ADS, she was the Chief Finance Officer of Bina Darulaman Berhad. She has served on numerous companies including Syarikat Air Negeri Sembilan Sdn Bhd, Cement Industries of Malaysia Berhad, Negeri Sembilan Cement Industries Sdn Bhd, Crest Petroleum Berhad and Kinta Kellas plc.
Joehary Bin Othman
Graduated from the Royal Military Collage and holds an Advance Diploma in Sales and Marketing from University Technology MARA. He is also a Chartered Marketers from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom and has more than 20 years Sales & Marketing experience with large companies.
Joehary Bin Othman held various management positions in the corporate sector specializing in automotive operation and Government liaison. He has served on numerous companies including Hyundai Berjaya Sdn Bhd, Hyundai Sime Darby Motors Sdn Bhd and DRB-Hicom Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd.
Maj Idris Yeop Hamzah (R)
Graduated from the Royal Military College and holds a diploma in strategic and Defence from University of Malaya. He began his carrier as a military Officer in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineer(REME) Corp in 1981 for 27 years. He served in the Malaysian army holding various field commands, staff officer and inspectorate team.
Among his appointment were an officer commanding the medium artillery regimental workshop, desk officer at the artillery project team and the REME group at the army logistic headquarters. He also served under the United Nation mission in Bosnia Herzegovina.
